Service Providing Stages
Preparatory stage (3-14 days)
- Pinpointing our Client` s needs (ideal candidate portrait)
- Analysis & appraisal of labor market and specialists` salary requirements
- Process of recognition & identifying candidates on the market
- Discussing hiring date & terms of agreement
- Employment contract signing
- The search for the vacancy becomes active after signing the contract by both parts.
Search & selection (3-5 weeks, depending on complexity of the vacancy)
- Long List presentation (list of selected candidates that fit Client`s requirements)
- Candidates selection by Client from Long List
- Short List presentation (list of candidates assessed and ready for the interviews with Client)
- Consultants' moderation of meetings & all stages of negotiations with candidates
- Reference checks
Final stage (1-2 weeks)
- Decision making on employment one of the candidate
- Fact of candidate`s first working day
- Client service fee
Warranty period (2-3 months) *
- Client`s and candidate`s conducting within warranty period
- Help in adaptation process of newly-appointed employee
- Client service fee
* In case of dismissal of Candidate for any reason during warranty period consultant provides single replacement of candidate with no fee increase and with no additional payment.
