Head of Purchasing

Employer — Leading International Manufacturing Company

Main responsibilities:

• Managing of overall factory purchasing in the following areas: NTM, marketing materials, spare parts & equipment, IT products, auxiliary materials, office equipment etc.;
• Short range and strategically procurement planning;
• Control over suppliers search, evaluation and development;
• Budget control and reporting;
• Effective cross functional cooperation within Supply chain and with other functions.

Required skills:

• University Degree (preferably in economics)
• 5 + years of experience within Purchasing (production of FMCG) 
• 2 + years of managerial experience;
• Advanced negotiation skills;
• Strong managerial and project management skills;
• Advanced PC user of MS Office, SAP or other ERP systems (specifically MRP module) ;
• Russian and English fluent (communication and in written) ;
